[bcab] accessing track changes using jaws

Dear All,
I am a member of another mailing list for visually impaired lawyers.
A colleague on that list raised an interesting query relating to accessing
track changes in documents using jaws.
What happens is that a document passes back and forwards between lawyers who
make additions or deletions. The difficulty a visually impaired lawyer
encounters is identifying what changes have been made and whether they are
proposed additions or deletions.
If this is an appropriate question for this list, any assistance would be
much appreciated, if it is not a permissible enquiry, then just ignore it.
