Are you sure that FR's support is in the U.S. ?
Seems strange as the UK based start up was sold to I.T.V. which is, as far as I know, another UK based media company who were once in the business of making family based television shows but now seem to concentrate on tacky reality shows and shonky phone in scams. 

Still Michael Grade might have sub contracted support out I guess.
