Hi Dave,

On the advanced global problem, I have spoken to Doug, and he says there is
no such limitation.  However, he does say that you may not have unrestricted
access to your c:\wineyes\users\default folder.  You need read and write
access to that folder, in order to alter the global menu.

So check that you either have admin rights, or you have read/write access to
the whole of the c:\wineyes folder, and all subfolders.

Interesting.  I have both WE and JFW on my system here, and there really is
no difference in the two Eloquences.  Are you sure that you don't have
Viavoice selected?  That to me is truly horrible.
