[bcab] Re: Windows error

Tom,
That is the easy answer, most of them autoregister, but when you get one that
doesn't, regsvr32 is the answer. I do quite a bit of development, and have dll
files associated with this program, so that when I browse to them, and hit
enter, they register automatically.
Glad it is sorted,

Hi David, thanks, useful tip for future. Solved it by just copying dll from
another machine into sys32 and it worked.

  Tom,
you may need to re-register the gdiplus.dll.
the clonky way to do this is:
  cstart/run regsvr32 gdipluss.dll.
  You'll probably need the path i.e. c:\windows\system32\gdiplus.dll.
This may solve the problem, and if it doesn't need re-registering, it won't
let you do it anyway.

  Cheers,

Getting an error winssnotify.exe failed because can't find gdiplus.dll...
reinstalling component may fix prob. I can find plenty gdipluss.dll files.
Anybody come across this one. Have tried a system restore to a day when machine
was working, but, has not corrected problem.
