It may be too late, but the following claim to have a
utility which recovers files which were deleted from the
recycle bin.  (And before you ask - I have no idea how
accessible it is!)  However, I do suggest you stop using
that PC until you check the undelete options out fully, or
else just accept you've lost them.

Hi George,

Thank you for both of your messages, however, I (perhaps
foolishly), emptied 
the recycle bin before realising that I had problems with
messages from this 
list, therefore on looking there, I did not find the file I
needed there.
