Hi all,
I would like to make a reasonable suggestion to the web team responsible
for the link below. What should I be saying? The problem is that as
soon as you enter the site, a video clip plays louder than Jaws. The
clip could be anything from two minutes to an hour long, but you can't
reasonably be expected to navigate the site whilst it is playing, if you
are using speech to do so.
What do I suggest they do so that they can keep the default video clip
but provide an option to turn it off, which at present they don't have?
The technical resolution would be helpful, so that I can not only tell
them what needs to be done, but also give guidance on how to achieve the
solution.
