[bcab] Virgin Media Hoax

Following from the message about Virgin Media and the request to update
security details.  I make it a point, even if I think the email is genuine,
to follow the link from an email.  I always go direct to the relevant
account via Firefox or IE and then look for messages within the security of
my account.  If there are none then I then forward the message to the
relevant organisation.
 
I must confess I get tired getting messages from banks asking me to update
details even though I don't have an account with them.
