[bcab] VI web designers

There's a ton of stuff online on web accessibility.  I'm trying to find
any advice/guidance for VI web designers.

Specifically, I am looking for information on how html controls are
rendered visually as using a screen reader doesn't give a true
reflection of how the page looks.

I'm not even sure this makes sense to me, if it does to anyone who has
any advice, that would be great.
