Dear All,
Does anyone on the list have experience with using JAWS 9.0 (or similar
version) with the statistics software SPSS please? I've been given a copy of
version 15.0 by my university and have installed it on my PC. I have read
through the help documentation in the "JAWS and other applications) help
section, but am still really struggling to get any worthwhile use from the
two programmes. I should say that the help files were written some years ago
for SPSS versions 7.5, 8.0 and 9.0 and things have undoubtedly moved on
somewhat since then.
I am able to read the SPSS file menus OK, but am having problems navigating
around the original data sets and also reading the output sets once a
statistical operation has been performed from the file menu. I can't seem to
export the output data to another programme like Word or Excel as
recommended in the help file at all.
If anyone could offer me any advice or further guidance on these issues or
knows of anyone else, who uses these applications on a regular basis, I
really would appreciate hearing from them.
Many thanks in advance for any help.
Very best wishes from Chris Cook.
