[bcab] Re: Update for I.E.7 Glyche

Hi

Fishing filter may slow the loading of an unknown page but with regular
pages it is not a problem.

You can still check for manual update by going to tools and selecting
'Windows 'update ' from the list.

Kind regards

Subject: [bcab] Update for I.E.7 Glyche

Thought I would post this in case some put on I.E 7 and had problems which
you were not happy wit. One was a slowness of the system This was caused it
says in an article I have just listened to by the Computer Active Mag. It
seems that the pfishing Shield" one of the best selling features in I.E 7
the new browser which flags up fraudulent Websites that try to con Consumers

out of their personal details" well it seems it has been found to cause a
slowness of the system if using Windows. Microsoft have brought a Patch for
it now. so if you put I.E 7 on and took it off as you felt it dragged the
system down, maybe the Patch will cure it. I am wondering as I have the
system set Windows Updates automatically if I have it or not Is there a
place to look on the computer to check any update that came in Thanks
