Thanks Jim and Dean. This sounds like a good place to start.

Tim,
I presume your talking about the Ion Tape2PC Cassette Archiver and I found
one supplier at:
www.decks.co.uk
which is a supplier of DJ equipment. If you go to this site and put in "Ion
Tape2PC" in their search box it will come up with the result. The latest price
they have is about £77.
PC World do stock the same machine at some of their stores at around the same
price. If you want more details about the Ion machine try:
www.shopwiki.co.uk/detail/d=Ion_TAPE2PC_USB_Cassette_Archiver/ - 39k -
I believe Maplins sell a different machine but I found great difficulty in
using their website and eventually gave up on them.
Get back to me if you want further info.

Subject: [bcab] USB cassette decks
Hello Everyone. A couple of weeks ago here there was a thread about USB
turn tables and someone said they used a USB tape deck. Can anyone recommend a
good make or model plus where to get it from? Thank you very much.
