[bcab] Trade Association query

Hi All
 I sent this to Access-uk but perhaps better  here.

Is there a Trade Associationthat  organisations like:
techno-vision, Sight & Sound, Blazie  Engineering, Computer Room"
And so on belong to?

I was thinking  a plumber  or Gas  service engineer, usually belong to  an
association that  regulates them for  standards  etc.
So on same lines there should be same sort of consumer regulation
association for I.T  companies  for the blind.
