Jaws has a couple of options Barry. You can either move through the
document and find them as you go, or you can call up a dialogue which shows
all the changes in a list.
Jaws is set to read revisions by type, for example insertion or
deletion. You can change this to include information about the author, date
and count of the revision if needed.
Use Jaws key + v to call up the Jaws verbosity settings in Word,
then hit t until you reach the Track Changes setting. The Spacebar will
cycle you through the different options.
To call up the dialogue box, use Jaws key, Shift + r. Choose a
revision from the list, and hit Enter to be taken to it in the document.
Whichever way you arrive at a tracked change, you can deal with it
in the same way. Use the Applications Menu when you're focused on the
revised text, and select Accept insertion, or Delete insertion, or whatever
your preferred action is.
Léonie.

Subject: [bcab] Track changes with jaws
Hi all
How would I go about checking the changes someone has done in a Word
document when they have highlighted the track changes?
Thanks in anticipation.
Barry
