Hi Barry, Just to clarify, are you meaning boot time defrag when you say "reboot defrag", as I've done that once or twice with the c:\ partition which is the one taking ages to do a normal defrag, and I feel I would have trouble boot time defragging the d:\ partition, as Windows is stored on C:\ as far as I can make out, but I will try doing a boot time defrag on both partitions and see what the results are.
