It could well take all day or night first time round, but
see Barry's message about a re-boot method.  It's sound
advice.

Hi George,

Based on what you say in reply to Brian Lingard's message,
roughly how long 
would you expect a defrag to take on a partition of a split
disk drive if 
the partition's capacity shown in my computer, is 16GB and
the size of the 
partition shows up in Diskeeper as being 17,375MB?
