[bcab] Re: The latest version of Diskkeeper is taking ages to defragment a 16GB hard drive, should it take this long?

Hi Tom,

I have not noticed a definite problem, but, when I visually look at the analysis the C:, I can see some red sections showing. If I am correct, looking at the key, red denotes unfragmented space, therefore, the disk is not fully defragmented, and this is what I am trying to achieve.

As to memory, I am not certain of the exact amount, but could check this if it would make a difference for list members to know how much memory I have, in order to advise me on this defragmenting problem.

As to what I am running, I generally run Supernova as my screen reader and magnification program, and AVG Antivirus, and then either word, Outlook Express, (the e-mails of which are saved to my D: partition), and occasionally either spybot or Adaware. I hope this is able to help list members with assisting me.
