It works fine with Jaws for me. I suspect it depends what card you are using
to shop with. Mine is a natwest switch and the site couldn't possibly be any
better.
Cheers

Didn't RNIB spend a huge amount of time on various
accessibility issues with Tesco's web site? Perhaps it
would be worth contacting Julie Howells at RNIB about this?
George.

Hi folks,
A colleague in another arena has tabled the following
problem whilst helping
to train VI people to shop on line with Tesco. Can anyone
offer advice
please as I am seeing her at a meeting next week.
Chris.
Online shopping. At Berkshire Blind Society we ran a
project to teach VI
people how to online shop on Tesco's website. It was
excellent until
checkout. After inputting credit card details, the
participants were taken
to a new screen and asked for their securecode password.
This is a new
security process taken up by some retailers and banks. The
screen for input
did not work with Jaws and the shoppers could not pay for
their goods. We
have subsequently got around this with the help of a sighted
trainer...but I
have been unable to find a contact in the banking arena
willing to discuss
the issue.
