Hi Ibrahim,

If you are the technician, and you are blind, this is tricky.

None of the connercial offerings that I know of, give you the audio of the
remote screen reader, except for System Access RIM, Remote Incident Manager,
and the in the case of JAWS, Tandem.

I will not talk much on list about RIM, since I am a reseller and may get
jumped on, but it is fantastic. I use it as a technician all the time.

We also offer remote fixing for users, please contact us if you are

Great, I've always known msn could do this, but how accessible is it?  Have 
you extensively tested this with jaws, window-eyes or system access products

to name but a few screen access solutions?
