Hi Steve and all
do you know where I can buy the latest nokia mobiles with talks already
installed? I know I can get the phones without talks, but it would be good
if I could get one with the software preinstaled so it is working straight
out of the box so to speak. The last one I bought was about three years ago
whilst in Hereford from the local vodafone store, but I am no longer there
and the last time I went to my local shop they didn't seem to know what I
was on about when I enquired about the phones with the software.
Hope you can help in this matter.
All the best
Martin

Hi Damon,
One of the best phones I know for battery life, is the Nokia E61. It is
flat, a bit like a pocket calculator, and has a QWERTY keyboard. It has
Blackberry functionality on board, and also uses SIP Telephony, which is
similar to Skype. Look at http://www.sipgate.co.uk, where you can
register
a free Sipgate telephone number, and do Internet calls for free, if you
have
wi-fi.

Hi David,
Probably the N91, if you have a fairly fat wallet. It is a superb music
phone, has a 4GB hard disk in it, and is truly kick-ass.

Hi Mel,
Talks 60 is probably what you are using already. However, the 3rd edition
phones are very new Nokia phones, such as the N73, N80, N91, E50, E60, E61
and the 55 Sport. The new version of Talks only works on the newer
phones,
so you can't install it as an upgrade on, say, an N70, which is a 2nd
edition phone.
If you need any further help, let me know.

A couple of questions then:
What is Talks 60? Is it the version of Talks we are all familiar with, or
is it something new?
Also, what are third generation phones?
Sorry for the questions, but I'm seriously considering changing my phone
and
don't really know where to start!
