[bcab] Subscription working

Hi,
Due to all the messages about subscription probs I tried subscribing a new address and it worked fine for me. You simply reply to the message as you would with any other list, though there are a couple of extra emails to read and it isn't explained as well as by googlegroups for instance. It seems to work though!
