[bcab] Re: Speak on: What a pity!

Hello Alan

No problems

F5 - speech softer
F6 - speech louder
Ctrl + F5 - speech slower
Ctrl + F6 - speech faster.

F7 - local audio softer
F8 local audio louder
Ctrl + F7 - (balance) Left speaker louder
Ctrl + F8 - (balance) Right speaker louder

The same keys in the manager alter the system audio.

You can of course change voices - contact me off list at:
speakon@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
And I shall help you.

Alternatively, you or anybody else, give me a call on SKYPE and I will sort
you out.
My SKYPE name is:
isaac_porat
(lower case)

Regards
Isaac

Hello Isaac
I am one of those newbies you mentioned. I have had speak on for some time,
but never got to grips with it. I am determined to get it going this time,
but I am having difficulties with the default voice volume settings. Can
you tell me how to increase the volume in a few keystrokes, and will it work
with other voices like realspeak daniel which I have.

cheers
Alan Michael Rayner
