[bcab] Re: Some Eset Nod32 questions

The question here alexander, is why are they moaning?

I'd much rather be advised someone had virus scanned their mail than to be
uncertain.

Subject: [bcab] Some Eset Nod32 questions

Hi all,

I wonder if Steve Nutt or any other users of Eset Nod32 could answer some
questions for me please.

The background is that some other members of a news group I belong to have
noticed that I am virus scanning all the messages I receive from that News
Group.

Therefore my questions are the following:

1. while I realise I need to virus scan mail, do I really need to virus
scan News Messages?

2. If the answer to question 1 above is yes, then can I set
Nod32 so that the notification at the bottom of scanned messages shows in
e-mail messages sent out through Microsoft Outlook 2003 but does not show in
News Group Messages sent out through Outlook Express 6?

Thank you all in advance for any answers to the above problem.

Alexander Shannon
