[bcab] Soft phones

Hi all.

We use the Cisco IP Communicator soft phones at work.

Notta with jaws/window eyes.

Is anyone using soft phones at work that they can recommend?

I'm using the Cisco hardware phone at the moment.  This is grand but I do miss 
out in a lot of functionality.
