Alt-H X then arrow down the list of actions as I've forgotten. H is for the
home tab, X for other actions. One of the most useful ones is alt-H X V to
view an HTML message in your browser.

Did you try changing the encoding setting in the view menu to Western
European Windows? I have found this always works when messages come through
which appear blank.
