[bcab] Sky - adding to favourites

Hi.  I know this isn't strictly about computers but here we go.
 
Does anyone on this list have sky and if so do they use the favourites
or blue button to store lists of channels on that they watch frequently.
I have my little girl's favourites on here and was wondering if it is
possible to ad to this list without sighted assistance.  I have seen
somewhere the written instructions and numbers to press to access menus
and thus turn on the audio description service.
 
I have done this but didn't have the instructions which included the
numbers to press until after I had actually had someone set up the
service for me.
 
Any help appreciated.
