[bcab] Shortcut keys for recovered documents

Hi All,

If the PC crashes or Word ends abnormally, Microsoft Word will re-open
with a recovered document section. We have been trying to work out the
shortcut keys to use when this happens.

So far we have come up with the following, and wondered if anyone had
any other ideas or comments for the best way to navigate with shortcut
keys on a recovered document(s)?

1. Open Word back up (after PC crash or Word ends abnormally).
2. It defaults to a New document.
3. To highlight the recovered document, press F6.
4. To then select other options - you firstly need to press the
applications key (next to the right-hand control key).
5. Then we can use:
a. shift + S to "save as"
b. shift + O to "open" the document.
c. shift + D to "delete"
d. shift + R to Show repairs.

We are using Jaws 9.

Thank you in advance.

Julie
