Subject: [bcab] Scanning favour
Hi guys,
Can someone do me a big favour.
I'm going for a meeting at the Welington park hotel in Belfast tonight and
plan on dining there afterwards.
So, i hit their site and download the lounge and Bar and Gril menus. PDF's,
no problem as they normally read fine. Looks like they've just scanned the
menu in as graphics, then imported that into PDF format for viewing.
I'm guessing a good OCR program like Kurzweil will scan these files no
problem.
I'm at work and dont' have anything like that with me.
Can someone please scan them for me?
you can download them from,
http://www.wellingtonparkhotel.com/news-and-events/item/15/new-restaurant-me
nu/
I can get a member of the waiting staff to read the menu but, always like to
have a look before hand. It makes it much easier rather than having to go
through the whole, "What do you fancy"?
Often as not I'm not sure and enjoy being stimulated by the descriptions of
the dishes.
Thanks loads!
Barry.
