[bcab] Re: Residual vision was Accessibility considerations

interesting you say vision would be required for magnification, Magic was
not put on my computer at the start but later not for my sake but to enable
Jaws to be used in Monochrome. i think it didhave speech but that was not
put on. Magic went on and off about three or four times. I do recall that
huge objects or numbers like under sea monsters of the deep came on my
screen from the right hand side and slowly floated in slow motion to the left
and vanished. It was like the Magic round a bout but under water. An
experience unforgettable.. I do recall when I stood up to get a breath of
air from the window I almost lost my balance. Now I have never done that at
sea even the roughest of Seas. I am a good sailor but Magic was too much
for Dorothy.me Dorothy.

"I always understood Jaws was meant for people with Visual impairment up
to
and including total Blindness"

No, what I meant is that vision is not a requirement to use Jaws in the same
way as vision would obviously be required for magnification. I am not
commenting on any past professional assessment or whatever specific to any
case.
