Hi Alan,

Have you tried updating the firmware on your Linksys router?  I think
Linksys make some of the best routers in the world.

Morning All

Those of you that have been paying attention will remember me having a
"local area network" problem some weeks back.  Well after replacing a cable
the problem appeared to disappear - if you can do that - however, it came
back with vengeance last week!!  After a great deal of replacing bits and
pieces, eventually I isolated the problem to be with the Linksys router port
to the Internet connection.  Hence I'm in the market for a replacement
router.  I might go for one which I can put the printer straight into.  But
I am like a sponge ready to absorb all your ideas and suggestions.

What does the team think of which routers?  What do we think of the BT Home
Hub?  

All views and contributions gratefully received as well as any definite "no
nos".
