I use one from McAfee called Winferno and it's free. However,
if you use the mouse keys in JAWS it works.

Mel there is regscrub. I have heard people reporting
problems with this
program but then they do with most registry cleaners. I
can't remember the
exact website for download but a google search should reveal
it.
I don't know if this works with vista however.

Hi all
Can anyone recommend a good free registry clean up program
to download which
is not a demo or trial version?
Thanks
Mel
