Tim,
I assume you are using the Active Appointments view, or one of the
others that lists appointments so you can just arrow through them? I've
been unable to find a way of singling out one of a series of recurring
appointments in these views. If you're using Outlook 2003 and JAWS 6 or
later, you should find that you can use the default Day/Week/Month view,
and then when you open a series of recurring appointments you are asked
if you want the series or just that one - this sounds like the option
you need.
Steve

Subject: [bcab] Recurring appointments in Outlook
Hi All,
Has anyone discovered an accessible way of cancelling or moving one of a
series of recurring appointments. I believe that its possible to drag
and drop an instance of a recurring appointment to a different date if
it has had to be postponed or rescheduled, but I can't find a way of
doing this with JAWS.
Regards and thanks,
Tim Pennick
