Hi
I currently have a Prose 20 20 hardware speech synthesiser, made by Speech
Plus Inc sitting on my desk. The speech is excellent, but I haven't used
it for a very long time, because of not having XP drivers for either
Window-Eyes or JAWS.
I wonder if anybody can help with the following questions:
1. The Prose 20 20 used to be manufactured by Speech Plus Inc. It was
taken over by another company. Does anybody know who owns the Speech Plus
technology now?
2. Are there XP drivers available for the Prose 20 20 to run with either
Window-Eyes or JAWS?
3. Is there a software version of the speech synthesiser that can be
purchased and that will work with screen readers?
Thanks in advance.
Kevin
