I would consider going to the DRC with this.
It is unlikely, that the employer, and possibly ATW are making "reasonable
adjustments" by dragging out the processes that have been identified in the
mailing list.

yes you give good advice a young man I will not name fought a battle for
unfair dismissal and he won his case, it meant a big ordeal and a 3 day
Tribunal eventually he was after many refusals offered a job, he was due to
start last October, but endless hitches have caused a stumbling block first
the Company needed a person from RNib to link up with the Company a large
Bank and the software Suppliers,, let's say for arguments sake he uses
Jaws date after date was postponed, date of start was moved to January,
then to March, when I last heard it is July!! All he thinks is due to lack
of co-ordination between those he must rely on however I asked him tell me
what are the terms and conditions have you seen a Contract of Employment, to
all these questions he has answered in the negative only saying "I am sure
they will find a spot for me and not let me down" I hope he is right.
However re America and my young lister friend lives in Bradford but in
the States why did the Amendment to the Civil Rights Act supposed to
benefit VIP's backfire and cause Employers not to even consider giving a
job to a Vip? stats show whereas VIPs between 18 to 55 years had
previously a figure of seventy percent unemployment it rose to 85 percent as
Employers thought it was going to cost them something Friend and he is
someone I do consider a friend is Chief Technician for a piece of software
I rely on I know he knows what he is talking about. I am not talking Jaws
but a product that reads my mail tells me what I am going to have for
lunch 'easy meals' and I know he would not exaggerate as he said you
could
drive an HGV through the equivalent of our DDA Act. Dorothy.
