[bcab] Problems registering my new iaudio x5 player

Hello,
Recently I purchased an Iaudio x5 MP3 player. The manual stated that I could go to the website: 
www.iaudio.com
in order to register the device.
I did as the manual instructed and was diverted to a website:
www.cowonglobal.com
Although I did not find any information about registration, I did find the following link: 
member/member_join.php
I went to the appropriate page, completed the form and from the information on that page I expected to receive an email confirming my registration and giving me a password. 
Since that time I have heard nothing.
I would be interested to hear from any owners of the Iaudio x5 and their experiences.
