Greetings,
I have received a request which I am unable to answer so am passing it on in
hopes somebody else can help my friend.

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me with the following
problems please.
Firstly, when I set up my account I did not fill in the nickname field
but left it blank. As a result of an eventual need to change my e-mail
address I was looking on the site and accidentally put in a nickname
within my account which I can not remove. Is it possible for me to
remove it and if so how.
Secondly, When I change my e-mail address I will be going from a dialup
account to a broadband account, therefore, although I understand the
idea of entering the account using the old address and then changing to
the new address which is described in the help section. I am not
certain how this works if I have to do this after my dial-up account
which contains the address with witch I signed up, has been closed prior
to my changing my address.
Basically, Should I change all my google groups subscriptions to my new
broadband address, (witch is already active), before closing my current
e-mail address?
Thank you in advance for your help on these two questions
Colin Howard looks forward to hearing from you.
