[bcab] PROBLEM WITH WORD 2003

I just thought you would like to know that my sighted volunteer sorted out
the problem I was having with JAWS repeatedly reading the menu bar as I was
trying to read a file.  When he looked at the screen he noticed that the
menu bar was floating, and he had to drag it back to the top of the window.
Trying going into tools, customise, toolbars tab and pressing on reset
toolbars did not work.

I don't know why the menu bar floated in the first place, but for anyone to
whom this happens in the future, you will need a sighted friend to drag it
back to the top.  Everything is now working fine.
