[bcab] PDF to DAISY

HI all, 
 
I've got these two PDF files, please can someone advise me as to how I
can convert them to DAISY so that I can read them on my BrailleNote PK?
Step by step instructions would be much appreciated.  
 
There's also something else that I don't understand - once I have
converted a PDF file to DAISY format, how do I know how to navigate it
as I'm aware that each DAISY book is navigated differently but I don't
know how you find out how to navigate it.
