Hi Wendy,
I personally think that more forms should be web-based, to make them accessible
to the maximum number of people possible. I'm going to get in touch with the
organisation, and explain my situation and ask them for a word document version
of the form.
Thanks to all of those who have helped me.
Karina

Hi All
Just to come in on this one for a minute, I was delighted when applying to
become a member of BCAB that the application form was a Word document, and I
had no trouble filling it in. I think all organisations should be able to
supply their forms in either Word or text only so that they can be filled in
line by line. Using PDF is not an option if you want to be accessible to
everyone.
Wendy
