[bcab] Re: PDF Document Editing Software

Yes I accept that. However, the company that I'm in partnership with
produces documents which can be used for advertising purposes but and
therefore they need to be personalised to the whoever is using them.

Hi Kerry

Charles is absolutely right. The purpose of a PDF is really to present
a document which the author considers to be final and is not meant for
editing. However, there is a freely downloadable very accessible tool
called Cute PDF, which allows you to make a PDF from a word document for
example and the conversion process is incredibly fast! If you are
interested in that, please let me know.

Cute PDF Professional allows for a certain amount of editing, for
example page deletion or the insertion of blank pages, and headers as
well if I recall. It costs 49 dollars.

Best regards:

One of the features of the pdf format is that it cannot be altered in
any way. It is often used for application forms which should not be
changed.

The pdf is made from other applications such as a word document or in
the case of graphics, Photoshop or similar.

You can make one on line from the Adobe web site.

I am sure if you Google for it you will find something.

Kind regards
