Rather than just telling Outlook Express not to check for new
mail, you probably want to remove it from the start tray.
This way it will be still on your computer, but won't be burning
up CPU time!
It also won't be using memory which other programs will be able
to use.
Refer to your Jaws documentation on how to access the start tray.
