Thanks Leon, I'll try that when I get home, and let you know the
outcome.
Cheers,

Hi Clive, in outlook express go into the view menu, "current view" sub
menu, then uncheck the option
for "group messages by conversation". Shortcut ALT V, right arrow, up
arrow, enter.

Subject: [bcab] Outlook: Collapsed conversations
Hi all,
without my knowing how it happend, Outlook express has kindly collapsed
all of my conversations, so
that if I try to delete one message, it warns me that the others will
die with it. How do I reverse
this feature, best,
Clive
