Hi Clive,
Please can you clarify whether you are using Outlook or Outlook Express on
the machine on which you have a problem, and if it is outlook Express,
whether it is Outlook Express version 6, as, if the problem is with Outlook
express 6 I may be able to advise you on the solution to the collapsed
conversations problem, or send you some messages from the access-uk list
which may contain a solution.
The reason I would appreciate clarification, is that the subject line says
Outlook but your message text says Outlook Express.
