Hi Kevin,
I wouldn't claim to be a power user, but the Talks key is on the side of the
phone. It's what Nokia call the edit key.
The basic layout of the keyboard, I presume you mean the keys which are
available when the unit is closed is as follows:
Top Row: Key 1, Key 2.
In the middle is the square joystick key. Of the four keys surrounding this,
the top right is the contacts key. I don't find the others useful.
Bottom Row: Answer, menu, back (when editing) and ring off.
I forget what the other keys are on the side of the unit - I don't use them.
This is from one who uses a phone to make and receive phone calls, as I say, I
don't consider myself to be a power user.
