[bcab] Nokia E65, keyboard layout and Talks key

I'm trying to set up a Nokia E65 on the Vodafone network.  In the main 
Vodafone UK window, there are various options that can be chosen, such as 
Messaging, Web, Camera, etc.  Can these be turned off?

I've worked out some of the keys, but if anybody could provide a brief 
description of the keyboard layout, I would be very grateful.  In 
particular, I can't find the Talks key.
