Amazingly enough, cursor down the list and press space bar to select the one
you want. You will then find that in the read only edit box the new
category is chosen. What a messy process!

Hi Wendy,
Yes, the list opens up, but how do you actually choose a category because
once you come out of Forms mode, the box hasn't changed.

It sort of works. Go into forms mode on choose a category, press alt down
arrow, then come out of forms mode. Then the list of categories appears
below the read only edit box. Do the same for choose a topic. It isn't the
most friendly way to do things, and the real difficulty is that there is no
contact information to which we can send complaints about the website.

Once you press Enter to open the list, have you tried
Alt+Down Arrow.
Sorry if I'm stating the obvious.

Hi Martin
Tried the Contact Us area and couldn't do anything with it.
I am using the latest version of Window-Eyes, Internet Explorer 8 and
Windows XP.
