[bcab] Re: More info on Vodafone Mobile Screen reader offer

Hi Jane,

You evidently don't know yourself. It hasn't been called Talx for about five
years. It is called Talks. Where is your education? <Smile>.

All the best

Steve

dear Jackie
Maybe other networks need to be made aware that this can happen on a mobile
and i would be plugging this whereever I can but i think it needs to be
advertised maybe this is something that RNIB can campaign for it is no good
moaning when we could all be contributing to help this happen maybe some
kind of training is required within call centres as well where is the
education on this kind of thing it seems to me like it isn't happening yet
RNIB are supposed to be helping promote independence well i don't see them
doing much of that I am afraid that they have got too big for their own good

maybe if they did something rather than just taking about it some of us
wouldn't be complaining htat these companies know nothing about Talx...
I rest my case.
From
Jane
