Hi Damon,
All of the N-Series do, at least all of the 3rd edition ones do. The
N-series are advertised as music phones, so this is the reason.
All the other ones, you can browse using the Nokia Browser that comes with
the PC Suite, and it is exactly the same as using it as a drive, except that
you have to have PC Suite installed.

Hi Graham,
The N73 is most definitely a marked improvement over the N70. It has stereo
speakers for a start, even for its small size, and you really do get stereo
effect. It is a bit loud when Talksing, but apart from that, the sound is
excellent.

hi Steve.
I have not used the 5500 sport myself but have had a brief hands on. A
friend of mine uses it and likes it so I suppose it just goes to show that
ideally you need to read a few reviews and have a hands on demo of phones
before you actually choose one.
On this subject, would you say the nokia N73 is an improvement over the N70,
or just an updated N70 for 3rd generation symbian?
I have heard that the buttons are better defined but don't know about that
rather awkward camera cover on the back, is that still there?
Regards
graham

Hi Graham,
Correction. It is not the N55 Sport, it is the 5500 Sport.

the Nokia N55 Sport is also quite a nice one.
I agree about the Nokia E61. you are better with an alternative and
plugging in a bluetooth keyboard if you need QWERTY functionality.

Grayham
The only phone in that list which takes Talks is the N70.
The Symbian system has recently been updated and there is a new version of
talks available for it. For a list of phones take a look at www.s60.com and
look at 3rd generation symbian phones, earlier ones don't tend to be
available these days. You can then look at reviews of these phones at
www.mobile-phones-uk.org.uk
I am currently looking for a new phone myself. Today I have eliminated the
Nokia E61, dreadful thing. I'm now interested in the E50, N91 and Nokia
6290, which doesn't appear to be in the high street yet. I know some
visually impaired people who like the N73. If I make any progress in my own
choice I'll let people know, perhaps you could do the same.

Hi all,
In the spirit of the month, I'm looking into dragging my communications into
the 21st century. I currently have a steam powered mobile and have been
nosing around a few places looking for handsets and SW. From what I read,
Talks premium seems to be the leader in SW. As for handsets, I've gone
through the RNIB lists, but can only find a small subset available.
I'm aware of the Symbian OS (series 60) minimum requirements, and have a few
possibles, however...
Can I run Talks and maybe, if I want to go mad, Loadstone on the following
handsets:
Motorola V3 RAZR (??)
Motorola L6 I
sony ericsson k750i
Nokia 6101
MOTOROLA V3i
Nokia 6230i Unlocked.
*Nokia N70 Smartphone
*I definatly know this one is OK, its just the price tag! Any advice on
useability or what you may have done, would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance,
Grayham Forsythe-Fields
