Hi Graham,
What version of Adobe Reader do you have?
The latest V8 seems to be pretty good at a Ctrl + A command
(Highlight all) then Ctrl + C (Copy to clipboard), then Ctrl
+ V to copy into say Word.
George.

Does anyone have any experience of accessibility with
Publisher, or trying to get a document written in this
programme into a readable format?
My son Samuel has a piece of work to do, which is to turn
his school magazine into an audio format. However, it was
produced with Publisher and the .pdf format in which it has
been sent to him is unreadable. We tried to cut and paste
articles and convert them to text to remove the formatting,
but everything is either just run together with no spaces
between words, or broken down into a word a line. No wonder
Window eyes and Jaws can't read it! I assume that the
document has been badly converted to .pdf or else Publisher
does strange things with text.
Any ideas very gratefully received.
