I'm afraid not, Barry. I use the "Out of Office" in my
appointments regularly, and I know it doesn't work.
George.

Hi George,
Thanks for that.
I've been looking for the past day or so and didn't find
anything.
See, my post back on this.
Do you think that'll sort it?

Hi Barry,
I suspect you will find this is only available in Outlook
2003 and before as a purchasable add-in. The following is
one link I
found after much searching. (Note URL may wrap, and should
end in
outlook.html
http://www.office-outlook.com/outlook-addins/freebusy-for-mi
crosoft-outlook.html
Outlook 2007 on the other hand does allow for multiple Out
of Office
messages, but I've yet to take a hard look at it.
George.

Hi all,
I've heard murmerings that you can set out of office to auto
flick on by
filling dates in your outlook calender.
Anyone know how to do this?
I know how to create appointments in the calender and how to
turn office
out of office, but not how to combine the two.
