[bcab] Re: Microsoft Outlook 2k3 out of office and calender

I think I've worked it out.

You go to the calender,

Set an appointment and there's a drop down box for your status?

Select out of office.

I'm reckoning this will invoke the out of ofice assistant across the
specified dates.

I've never heard of this, are you sure you don't mean how to get Outlook
to accept or reject appointment requests automatically?

Hi all,

I've heard murmerings that you can set out of office to auto flick on by
filling dates in your outlook calender.

Anyone know how to do this?

I know how to create appointments in the calender and how to turn office
out of office, but not how to combine the two.
